1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Workshop platform ("Platform", "We", "Our"). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Creation

You must be 18 years or older
You must provide accurate and current information
You are responsible for account security
You can only open one account per username

3. Vendor Rules

3.1. Vendor Approval

Admin approval is required to become a vendor. Pending vendors can log in to the platform but cannot add products.

3.2. Product Upload

All uploaded products must go through admin approval
Your products must be original and not infringe copyright
Product descriptions must be accurate and complete
Misleading or fake content is prohibited

3.3. Commission Rates (For Vendors)

Commission Sharing Active: Total commission rate is 10.0% and this commission is shared between buyer and seller.

Commission deducted from vendor: 5.0%
Commission charged to buyer: 5.0%

Example: If you sell a product worth $100 and the commission rate is 10%, if commission sharing is active, 5% ($5) is deducted from the vendor. If commission sharing is disabled, 10% ($10) is deducted from the vendor.

3.4. Payments and Withdrawals

Your sales revenue is reflected in your account after commission deduction
Withdrawal requests are processed within 48 hours
Your bank information must be accurate and up to date
IBAN holder name must match your registered name
You can only withdraw the amount you have earned

4. Buyer Rules

4.1. Purchase Transactions

You must pay for products you purchase
Payment transactions are processed through secure payment providers (Iyzico)
You can download purchased products from the "My Purchases" section

4.2. Commission Rates (For Buyers)

When commission sharing is active, 5.0% of the total commission is charged to you on purchase transactions.

Example: If you purchase a product worth $100 and commission sharing is active, 5% ($5) commission is charged to you. Your total payment amount: $105 (product price + VAT + commission).

4.3. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policy for digital products is determined by the vendor. The platform evaluates refund requests but the final decision belongs to the vendor.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are set in USD
The platform converts prices using USD/TRY exchange rate
VAT (20%) is added to the product price
Payment transactions are securely processed with 3D Secure

6. Intellectual Property

You own the copyright of the content you upload. However, the platform has the right to use content for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. Prohibited Content

Content that infringes copyright
Illegal or harmful content
Spam or misleading content
Content containing personal information

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts that violate the rules may be suspended or terminated. In this case, your earnings may be frozen.

9. Disclaimer

The platform is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of content uploaded by vendors. Purchase decisions are the responsibility of the buyer.

10. Changes

These terms may be changed. Significant changes are notified to users. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
